Many of you have been regulars in my 2 hour step by step acrylic classes for beginners. This fall we will be meeting at a new location! I am very excited about my new partnership with my home community association: The Argyle Park / Englewood Community Association located next to Dr. Hanna School in Argyle Park! My children attended Dr. Hanna and later went on to attend Thom Collegiate. Our family even painted the mural you see as you enter Dr. Hanna; 40′ x 10′ “Dr. Hanna Tigers!” Reproductions of one half of the mural may be purchased in support of the school by contacting them. So you can see I have a lot of history in the neighbourhood. The first art guild I ever joined in Regina, The North Art Guild (now The Heartland Art Guild) also calls the Argyle Community Centre their home, hosting their annual art show and sale there. I hope you will join me at this new location!
