Acrylic Garden 2013

  • Join Sask. Artist Nikki Jacquin of www.nikkisportraits.com as she demonstrates how to capture the beauty of the gardens using new acrylic mediums and techniques.
  • Choose from 2 dates each covering different techniques or sign up for both!
  • Class includes a picnic lunch on the grounds catered by Indulgence Catering.
  • The class will take place in the conservatory in the event of  inclement weather.
  • BONUS student show of works created will take place in the Government House Gallery Oct. –  Dec., 2013! (There will be an additional cost associated with this artists’ meet and greet.)

Registration Information

Session A: Sat. July 27th, 2013 (10 am – 4 pm)                      $125. + materials *
– Extruded paint, petroleum peels, and painting on printed material with stitching will be taught. (see example below)

Session B: Sat. Aug. 24th, 2013 (10 am – 4 pm) $125. + materials *
– Making acrylic skins, faux encaustic techniques, and wax resist will be taught. (see example below)

* Specialty mediums and materials are included as well as the catered picnic lunch.
